About

b. 1986, HK.

Elisha Dorsey is a product and experience design leader who helps organizations create clarity across complex systems.

Throughout his career, he has been drawn to environments where complexity is high, the stakes are meaningful, and success depends on aligning people as much as products. His work spans enterprise platforms, AI-enabled products, service ecosystems, and organizational transformation—partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate ambiguity, shape digital experiences, and create the momentum needed to move important work forward.

Over the past decade, Elisha has led product and platform initiatives for global brands and enterprise organizations including PayPal, Verizon, Google, WTW, Goldman Sachs, Intuit, and Meta. Whether modernizing enterprise platforms, defining North Star product vision, or helping teams align around complex decisions, he is known for translating ambiguity into clarity and scalable action.

That perspective has been shaped by a career spanning agency leadership, enterprise transformation, consulting, and independent practice. As Founder of Dorsey Design Studio, Elisha partners with enterprise teams, global brands, and civic organizations to solve complex product and organizational challenges through strategy, systems thinking, and design leadership.

Beyond client work, Elisha serves as Secretary of the Jersey City Arts Council, where he helps guide governance, organizational strategy, and board development for a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Jersey City’s arts and culture ecosystem. His civic leadership continues to influence his belief that meaningful change requires not only thoughtful design, but strong systems, clear decision-making, and people aligned around a shared purpose.
