Elisha Dorsey is a Group Design Director, Creative Director, and educator shaping the future of digital products, brand ecosystems, and community-centered innovation. He brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, creative rigor, and human storytelling—helping global organizations define vision, align teams, and deliver experiences people remember.
Elisha has led major initiatives for PayPal, including the redesign of the company’s mobile app navigation, Control Center, and Entry experiences across the October 2025, Q1 2026, and long-term platform roadmaps. Previously, he guided large-scale product transformation programs for Verizon, reimagining retail, enterprise, and consumer journeys. His work at R/GA spanned high-impact engagements for Goldman Sachs, Meta, Disney, and Brown University, where he unified cross-functional teams around bold design strategy, future-state roadmaps, and systems-level thinking. He also contributed to strategic design initiatives for Google through dotdotdash, a TBWA company.
As Founder and Executive Creative Director of Dorsey Design Studio, Elisha partners with mission-driven organizations, cultural institutions, and global brands to shape expressive, intuitive, and culturally grounded experiences. His commitment to community extends to his role as Secretary of the Jersey City Arts Council, where he advances arts accessibility, design-forward programming, and public-centered civic engagement.
Elisha holds dual degrees in Interactive Digital Design and Public Relations from Quinnipiac University, where his interdisciplinary foundation in systems thinking, storytelling, and human behavior first took shape. Outside of design, he finds inspiration in travel, music, dance, and the power of creative expression. He is currently available for select collaborations, speaking engagements, and strategic partnerships across design, culture, and innovation.
