Elisha Dorsey is a product design leader focused on enterprise platforms, systems thinking, and organizational alignment.
He helps complex organizations make better product decisions—bringing clarity to ambiguous, high-stakes environments and helping teams move forward by aligning product, design, and engineering.
Elisha has led product and platform work across organizations including PayPal, Verizon, Google, and Goldman Sachs. His work spans large-scale systems and customer-facing platforms, including PayPal’s mobile app navigation and core account experiences, as well as enterprise and consumer journey transformation at Verizon.
At R/GA and through subsequent engagements, he has partnered with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to define product direction, align roadmaps, and establish system-level patterns that scale across platforms and organizations.
As Founder of Dorsey Design Studio, Elisha advises enterprise teams, global brands, and cultural organizations on product strategy, platform design, and systems-level experience. His work focuses on helping teams move from ambiguity to execution—structuring platforms, aligning stakeholders, and enabling decisions that drive scalable outcomes.
He also serves as Secretary of the Jersey City Arts Council, supporting design-forward programming and public-centered civic engagement.
